Project Management and Coordination
Objectives:
- Assist and sustain the financial, scientific and training smooth progression of the project and the achievement of its goals;
- Grant effective decision and governing policy and opportunities;
- Management and monitoring of all training and secondments;
- Keep contacts with EU and local offices allowing communication with the consortium member.
